Wim Hof Breathwork + Cold Plunge

Join Peter and Jason from Ignite Sadhana for a transformative workshop

This workshop generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Wim Hof workshops are suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Socks! a slippy-slidey movement workshop

The socks stay on during this slippy-slidey movement workshop with Lauren Clark! During this 90 minute workshop we will explore mobility, balance, and coordination while sliding, gliding, and sweating through standing and floorwork transitions. Gain new insight into your range of motion, move off the yoga mat and around the room exploring freedom of movement. Please bring a pair of socks to wear! Soft dance-type knee pads are not necessary, but you are welcome to wear them if you have knee sensitivity. Can’t wait to get slidey with you! All experience levels welcome!

The Creative flow: A Yoga Nidra & Watercolor Workshop

Join Sarah for a 2hr experience to find your creative flow.

We’ll start with a guided Yoga Nidra session (minimal movement, deep relaxation, restful meditation.) This will set the stage for our watercolor workshop, where you'll learn essential tips and techniques before creating your own paintings.

Art supplies are provided, but bring a mat and feel free to bring a journal and pen or pencil for a few short prompts. No prior experience in yoga or art is needed; just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to explore. You’ll leave feeling grounded and empowered, with valuable painting skills and several abstract creations to take home.

About the Instructor:

Sarah is a 200-hour RYT and a watercolor artist with seven years of experience exhibiting her work around the Philadelphia area. Instructors have their own specializations, and there is some variation across the individual workshops. A detailed overview of the day is sent out upon registration.

Often, we leave a lot of our lives up to our circumstances rather than fully stepping into the drivers seat and setting intentions for the way we want to feel and what we deeply desire. In this workshop, we're using intention setting + visualization to create our own realities and make our desires and intentions extra clear. 

 

This workshop includes:

- a smoothie from aloha smoothie co

- all supplies needed to create your vision board, besides magazines (byom!)

- a guided meditation with Alli followed by vision boarding with our community

- your board to take home with you + start 2025 with clear intentions + new energy to take into the new year
