Policy

  • You can sign up for class by creating an account on Mindbody

    If you are new to the studio, you will be prompted to create an account with your name and email address. Please make sure to enter all accurate information including your phone number in case we need to reach you in an emergency. After creating your account, select a membership or class pack and then book your spot. Please download the Mindbody app to your phone for a convenient booking experience. We strongly encourage all clients to sign up online + in advance of class!

  • All of our classes are perfect for all-levels. Each class has modifications for beginners, injuries, pre and post-natal care and more. Let us know it’s your first time when arriving and we will take care of you.

  • Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class, as this helps us to start on time and make sure you have everything you need for class.

  • Bring a water bottle (if you forget it, we sell them), comfortable clothing to move in, and that’s it! Socks are optional and we have lululemon mats for you to use.

  • If you sign up for a class, the instructor is expecting to see you and move with you. For your convenience, you can cancel anytime outside of our cancellation window, free of charge. Our window is 6 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within this window, it is a late cancel and our system will automatically charge you for this class by either: deducting your class pass, or if you are an unlimited member it will charge your card on file a $12 late fee. This is so that instructors are not arriving to the studio for a class and there are all no-shows. If it’s an emergency, you can email Alli and she will be able to work with you (alli@sanctuarywellness.studio).

  • We do not refund for the purchase of services at The Sanctuary. If you purchased a class, a package, a membership or a Founder’s Yearly contract: we cannot refund you. What we can do is pause classes so that they do not expire for you to use at a later time.

  • Our services purchased at The Sanctuary have an expiration date shown during your purchase on Mindbody (our software). A single drop-in for a class expires in 3 months after the sale date. A 5 class package expires 6 months after the sale date. A 10 class package expires 6 months after the sale date. A 20 class package expires 1 year after the sale date. A single month of Unlimited Classes expires one month after the first scheduled class. A single sauna session expires 3 months after the sale date. A sauna 5 session package expires 3 months after the sale date. A sauna 10 session package expires 6 months after the sale date. All gift card sales may be honored and redeemed for the purchased amount at the time of purchase.

    Attempt to extend class package expirations and or re-activate expired services with The Sanctuary Wellness Studio is at the full discretion of Alli Bradley, owner and manager of The Sanctuary Wellness Studio.
