You can sign up for class by creating an account here. New to the studio? You'll be prompted to create an account with your name, email, and phone number (in case we need to reach you in an emergency). After that, select a membership or class pack and book your spot. We strongly encourage signing up online + in advance.
All of our classes are perfect for all levels. Each class has modifications for beginners, injuries, pre and post-natal care, and more. Let us know it's your first time when arriving and we'll take care of you.
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class — this helps us start on time and make sure you have everything you need.
A water bottle (we sell them if you forget) and comfortable clothing to move in. Socks are optional and we have lululemon mats ready for you.
When you sign up for a class, the instructor is expecting to see you. You can cancel anytime outside our cancellation window, free of charge — the window is 6 hours prior to class. Inside that window, our system will automatically deduct a class pass, or charge unlimited members a $16 late fee. If it's an emergency, email sanctuary@sanctuarywellness.studio and we'll work with you.
We do not refund the purchase of services at The Sanctuary. If you purchased a class, package, membership, or Founder's Yearly contract: we cannot refund you. What we can do is pause classes so they don't expire, for you to use at a later time.
Services at The Sanctuary have an expiration date shown during purchase:
- Single drop-in: 3 months after sale
- 5 class package: 6 months after sale
- 10 class package: 6 months after sale
- 20 class package: 1 year after sale
- 1 month Unlimited: 1 month after first scheduled class
- Single sauna session: 3 months after sale
- Sauna 5-pack: 3 months after sale
- Sauna 10-pack: 6 months after sale
- Gift cards: honored at the purchased amount at time of purchase
Attempts to extend class package expirations or reactivate expired services are at the full discretion of Alli Bradley, owner and manager of The Sanctuary Wellness Studio.
